The Director of Nursing (RN) ensures clinical excellence across all client services. Key Responsibilities * Conduct and review clinical assessments and care plans. * Train and evaluate caregivers for competency and compliance. * Supervise delivery of care per AHCA standards. * Lead quality assurance reviews and documentation audits. * Partner with the Operations Director to align staffing with client needs. * Participate in staff development, education, and training. * Maintain professional standards of infection control, confidentiality, and safety.
