• Consumer Product Compliance Coordinator

    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Consumer Product Compliance Coordinator for a temporary assignment supporting regulatory and product quality functions. You’ll be instrumental in protecting consumer safety, ensuring compliance, and maintaining product integrity—contributing directly to a values-driven culture and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support tactical work for recalls, consumer complaints, SDS sheets, FSVP documentation, and daily pink/yellow item management

    + Maintain and update recall logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

    + Keep Safety Data Sheets current for products across the warehouse network

    + Ensure follow-up and resolution of item/vendor set-up issues to preserve data integrity

     

    Hourly Pay: Up to $25/hr

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Duration: 8–11 months

     

    Schedule: Hybrid – In office Monday/Tuesday/Thursday

    Requirements

    Required Skills:

    + Accurate data entry

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently

    + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    + Mainframe ERP system experience and proficiency with multiple data sources (preferred)

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Experience in retail, consumer affairs, product quality, or a related role is a plus

    + Familiarity with regulatory compliance, food safety, and documentation processes helpful

    Work Environment:

    Hybrid: Expect in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remaining working days are remote, as business needs allow.
