Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer Level 3Job Description
We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a focus on sourcing and pipelining activities. This role supports multiple teams within our organization and is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strategic mindset to hiring. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 3-month contract with the potential to extend on a quarterly basis up to 18 months. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will focus on scouting and sourcing engineering talent that builds and sells our products. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging with hard-to-find competitive talent, particularly in the AI and cleared spaces.
Responsibilities
+ Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
+ Strategize and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-find skillsets and adjust quickly to the changing demands.
+ Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
+ Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
+ Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
+ Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
+ Good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
+ Experience in engaging and screening senior , competitive, and passive talent.
+ Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
+ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and other sourcing tools inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
+ Market analytics skills - understanding the market for the roles they are hiring for and articulating it to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership.
+ Ability to consistently deliver qualified, calibrated talent with a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized high-bar roles per month.
+ Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ LinkedIn Certification is preferred.
+ Experience recruiting for a large technology company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $52.00/hr.
