Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
The Senior Product Designer role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and overall product direction for our offerings. This position requires a seasoned professional to lead design strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our products are both usable and impactful. You will be responsible for setting high standards for design execution and guiding the team toward achieving significant business and user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Contribute to the evolution and governance of the enterprise design systems
+ Generate and structure unbiased research scripts independently and advise others how to do the same, complete studies with the help of product team peers and communicate broadly
+ Help define and drive product/team objectives and key results, roadmap and vision alongside product management and tech leads and benchmark and define key UX measures and metrics for your product experiences
+ Demonstrate how Product Design, Product Management and engineering partner to create highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary processes
+ Build feedback mechanisms, support rituals and practices for effective internal and external communication
+ Solve complex design problems and you challenge others to excel; clearly explain your design decisions and how your solutions meet user and business needs
+ Execute the full design process across the entire product development lifecycle
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s or advanced degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI or similar from a four-year college or university or certification or relevant work experience and or a combination of education and relevant work experience
+ At least 5 years experience as a UX, Product Designer, or similar role
+ Real-world experience applying principles of agile, Design Thinking, and/or User-Centered Design processes and methods to the product development life-cycle
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Empathetic and inquisitive, with strong critical thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills.
+ Subject matter expert in UX or product design, consistently delivering high-quality user experiences.
+ Advanced understanding of visual design, interaction principles, and industry best practices.
+ Skilled in product discovery and user research, and proficient with design, prototyping, and product management tools.
+ Experienced collaborating with stakeholders, designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
+ Strategic thinker with a passion for mentoring, challenging assumptions, exploring radical ideas, and pushing design boundaries; preferred experience in Pay TV, streaming, or hardware/software interaction design.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
