Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. In this critical virtual role, you will be instrumental in supporting our field technicians and upholding the highest standards of quality across our services. This is an outstanding opportunity for an emerging professional to gain significant experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide real-time virtual technical support to our field technicians, leveraging a suite of advanced software platforms including Zinc, CAPP, OFS, Slack, FS Installer, and CXO 360
+ Manage and process work orders, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and workflows
+ Conduct comprehensive virtual reviews of completed field work to meticulously assess installation quality and ensure compliance with EchoStar's rigorous standards
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, particularly large datasets within spreadsheets, to identify key trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and proactively suggest process enhancements
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and efficiently escalate complex issues as required
+ Execute virtual audits to ensure unwavering compliance with company programs, including robust inventory controls
+ Oversee routine data backups and accurately update critical performance metric reports
+ Provide dedicated support for Zinc Hotlines, including BD, Flock, and Slomans
+ Conduct targeted audits: Tower audits, evaluations of graduated Flock technicians, and pedestal inspections
+ Potential involvement in M&D IT Tickets, contributing to critical system support
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Exceptional proficiency with spreadsheet software, with a strong emphasis on advanced Google Sheets capabilities
+ Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely
+ A meticulous attention to detail and highly developed observational skills, enabling the identification of subtle discrepancies and areas for improvement
+ A proven aptitude for troubleshooting and effective problem-solving, with a track record of resolving technical challenges efficiently
+ A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving professional environment
+ Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
+ Availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
