Job Purpose: As a Manager within the Transformation Office PMO, you will play a critical role in driving Product Engineering transformation agenda by enabling the successful execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
This includes but not limited to executing Transformation office strategy and vision, working with Capability leaders, and service line leaders to transition their products and teams into PxE ways of working. You will apply leading program and project management practices to ensure that transformation efforts are well-governed, aligned to business strategy, and deliver measurable value.
The PMO team provides the structure, rigor, and transparency needed to translate strategy into results.
Work you'll do
+ Lead and manage complex transformation programs that cut across multiple businesses, geographies, or functions.
+ Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring consistent reporting, risk management, and change control processes.
+ Partner with Service Line and Capability Leaders to define program objectives, OKRs, KPIs, and success measures that drive accountability and transparency.
+ Build and manage integrated program plans and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
+ Identify and proactively manage program interdependencies, risks, and issues.
+ Prepares and delivers regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that Service Line Leaders, Capability Leaders, PxE Product teams and PxE Leadership are adequately apprised of program and project statuses, successes, risks and issues ensuring timely escalation when leadership attention is required.
+ Champion adoption of PMO standards, methodologies, and tools across transformation initiatives.
+ Continuously improve program management practices, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive governance, cadence, and discipline across the transformation portfolio, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
+ Develop and maintain transformation dashboards, metrics, and executive updates to track progress, performance, and benefits realization.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that dependencies and change impacts are well managed.
+ Enable effective decision-making by ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to business sponsors, providing insights on program health and recommendations for corrective actions when needed.
+ Promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement within transformation teams.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
+ 6+ years of related experience
+ Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and execution within a product engineering environment.
+ Excellent team collaboration skills.
+ Strong understanding of product engineering processes and the latest industry trends.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the customers you serve.
+ Limited sponsorship may be available.
