As a Product Delivery Manager within our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex products and solutions within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders-to ensure successful product launches, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of product management and agile delivery methodologies.
Job responsibilities
+ Leads the product and project delivery process from start to finish, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting. Additionally, identifies and escalates opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improve functional coordination
+ Oversees the execution of change management activities across various functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk, control, compliance, and regulatory standards
+ Efficiently manages timelines and dependencies, monitors and addresses blockers, and collaborates with stakeholders and functional partners. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery. Escalate as necessary and drive resolution
+ Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
+ Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and provide guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performance
+ Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
+ Enable agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals
+ Analyze and interpret policies, identify key barriers, and apply your critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle
+ Track and report on delivery progress, key performance indicators, team progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
+ Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, product management, delivery management, program management, or a relevant domain
+ Proven ability to deliver complex products or programs in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and continuous improvement
+ Demonstrated experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies
+ Strong operational management skills, including executing change readiness activities and managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
+ Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
+ Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
+ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and reporting dashboards
+ Skilled in facilitating group discussions, decision-making, and collaborative activities to achieve product goals
+ Ability to coach teams in agile delivery, fostering continuous improvement and high performance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech
+ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
+ Recommended skills/tools - agile delivery & methodologies, JIRA
+ Experience with MS Office applications required (Excel/ PowerPoint)
