Operations Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our office. In this role, you will support the Operations Team by managing workflows, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for office operations and customer inquiries.
+ Support process improvement initiatives and assist with workflow optimization.
+ Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance.
+ Complete insurance verification to determine eligibility, coverage, and deductibles.
+ Maintain a strong working knowledge of products, services, and payer guidelines.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning new technologies.
+ Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan guidelines (preferred).
+ Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
