Description

Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join their team to help claim their brands on Amazon and potentially Walmart.com to ensure proper selling of their products by third parties/channel partners. They will not actually be a seller, so they just need help with brand registry.

This is anticipated to be ~6 months of full time work (40 hours/week) for setup. Post setup, they may need this person to help manage the products, help with search words, write ups, requests from sellers, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up Brand Registry on Amazon (and potentially Walmart Marketplace).

• Verifying trademark ownership and submitting documentation to protect brand IP.

• Ensuring authorized listings and preventing unauthorized third-party sellers.

• Possibly monitoring listings temporarily until everything is stable.

Top Skills Details

+ At least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate E-Commerce role working within Amazon

+ Experience setting up brand registry protection

+ Ability to communicate and interact with legal and regulatory teams

This is a Contract position based out of Zionsville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
