    Patient Experience Specialist (Remote)

     

    Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

     

    Schedule: Full-time | West Coast Hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST) (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST) (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST)

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Patient Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service to patients and their representatives. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls related to patient accounts, resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

    What You’ll Do

    + Respond to incoming calls from patients, authorized representatives, and insurance companies.

    + Access and update patient account information in the system.

    + Provide clear, courteous, and helpful responses to questions or concerns.

    + Make corrections or generate requests to other teams as needed.

    + Document all interactions accurately and maintain compliance standards.

    + Resolve issues quickly and completely with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Experience: 2–3 years of healthcare call center experience.

    + 2–3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred.

    + Skills: Ability to handle 42–50+ calls per day.

    + Maintain 95% accuracy in account updates and documentation.

    + Requirements: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

    + Comfortable working West Coast hours

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
