Description
We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our end-user computing environment. This role will own the full lifecycle of endpoint management—from provisioning through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to supporting day-to-day hardware, software, and user issues across the bank. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a strong service orientation and deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern endpoint administration. • Endpoint Deployment & Management o Configure and manage Windows 11 devices via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. o Maintain compliant device baselines aligned with Zero Trust and FFIEC/NIST security standards. o Package and deploy applications, drivers, and updates across the environment. o Manage asset inventory and lifecycle for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and displays. • User & Hardware Support o Provide support for end users across the bank’s offices, branches and remote workforce. o Troubleshoot issues with laptops, printers, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications. o Support and maintain conference room AV systems and display technology. o Collaborate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and hardware replacements. • Configuration & Security o Ensure device compliance through Intune policies, conditional access, and MFA enforcement. o Participate in hardening and imaging efforts to maintain a secure and compliant workstation base image. o Work closely with IT Security to align endpoint management with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA). • Process & Automation o Document and refine endpoint management procedures. o Contribute to onboarding/offboarding workflows and IT operations efficiency improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, IT support, or systems administration. • Deep hands-on experience with: o Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager o Windows Autopilot provisioning o Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) o Active Directory / Azure AD device and user management • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, drivers, and OS-level issues. • Excellent communication and customer service mindset. Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent • ITIL Foundation (optional but valued)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
