    2 different openings

    Radiology PSC:

    HOURS: Mon - Friday 730AM-5PM

    • This Medical Admin will be sitting in one of the Physician’s Office Building clinics as the Patient Access Rep. They are the first point of contact for the patients when they walk into the office.

    • They verify why they are there, collect their personal information, verify insurance, and provide them the customer service they need before seeing their doctor.

    • They then have to enter all this information into their system, which is IDX and Invision, and they need to make sure there are no mistakes.

    • Specifically will be checking-in associates in Vascular and work the clearances for that department

    • Experience recording and verifying medical insurance, doing admitting for a medical office (co-pay collection, general insurance knowledge, running eligibility, calling into insurance providers etc.)

    • Experience working in a high volume work environment (ie. 50+ calls/day or 20+ cases/day)

    • Strong customer service skills and a high level of professionalism with a crowded waiting room

    ED Representative:

    Hours 3-11PM M-F & every other weekend/holiday (ED REP)

    • Candidates MUST be able to work weekends/holidays/evening shifts; registration/customer service experience preferred!

    • They will be sitting at the front desk in Emergency Department and collecting payments, verifying insurance and collecting information.

    • They verify why they are there, collect their personal information, verify insurance, and provide them the customer service they need before seeing their doctor.

    • They then have to enter all this information into their system, which is Invision, and they need to make sure there are no mistakes.

    • 75% checking individuals into IDX and Invision with Demographics, insurance verification, and other information

    • 25% providing general customer service to get people through the line

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, DC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
