    Assistant Service Supervisor

     

    We are seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to join a Kahului Branch team. In this role, you will assist the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager in overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards are met. You will help with daily branch functions such as workflow oversight, recruitment, and training, while providing leadership and support to the branch team. This position plays a key role in helping management achieve sales performance and service goals.

    Work Schedule

    + Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + Rotational Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in managing branch operations and staff.

    + Support recruitment, training, and workflow oversight.

    + Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

    + Help ensure branch meets sales and service goals.

    + Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications

    + High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

    + Experience: 2 years in branch operations; and

    + 1 year supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate) OR

    + 1 year external supervisory experience.

    + Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.

    + Strong planning, organizational, and budgeting skills.

    + Effective written and verbal communication.

    + Ability to manage confidential matters judiciously.

    + Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

    + Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and adapt to changes.

    + Excellent time management skills.

    + Sales skills to support business development objectives.

    + Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Kahului, HI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
