    Northrop Grumman Space Sector** is hiring a **Systems Engineering Technician Level 4** to join the **Glide Phase Interceptor team** within **Launch Systems** located in **Chandler, AZ.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate the creation, revision, and approval process of technical specifications, design documents, and other engineering deliverables through Team Center

    + Prepare agendas, distribute pre‑read materials, and record, edit and distribute meeting minutes for key program meetings

    + Support cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., process improvements, technology migrations)

    + Assist in preparing internal and external presentations, reports, and proposals

    + Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose tools or templates

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience

    + Must have an Active Secret DoD Clearance

    + Demonstrated competency in desktop and publishing applications, should include the following: Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)

    + Demonstrated competency with Adobe Acrobat Suite

    + Ability to interpret requirement specifications and technical drawings

    + U.S. Citizen

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Active DoD Secret clearance

    + Experience in the military aerospace development environment

    + Experience using Team Center, SharePoint

    + Experience working in a classified environment and appropriately marking and handling classified material

    We work a 9/80 schedule (9 hours per day Mon-Thurs, 8 hours every other Friday with the alternate Friday off)

     

    Primary Level Salary Range: $68,300.00 - $113,900.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
