    As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers Honeywell Experion System (EPKS)

    • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Hardware

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation to Honeywell Customers.

    • Perform daily and periodic inspections, maintenance, and upgrades the customers Experion Systems.

    • Stay updated with industry trends and implement recommendations based on latest technology improvements from Industry and Honeywell.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on Honeywell Process Control Systems

    + Experience with Honeywell DCS systems and any other similar systems, PLC's and controls

    + Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies and Control System Networking

    + Knowledge in Control System Firmware Updates and Release Migrations

    + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
