THE POSITION
As a **Program Director** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of programs within the Aerospace sector. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs.
You will report directly to our **General Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Broomfield, CO** or **Plymouth, MN** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, planning accuracy, change management, and organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and oversee program management (PM) activities, ensuring successful program execution.
+ Collaborate with ACST’s cross functional teams to drive program success.
+ Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.
+ Drive change management both internally and within a robust change process with our customers.
+ Deploy planning accuracy methods to support 6-Quarter rolling forecasts.
+ Build new customer relationships through excellent PM processes, communication, metrics tracking & reporting, and execution.
+ Conduct program reviews and implement a continuous improvement process.
+ Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
+ Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.
+ Strong leadership and people management skills.
+ Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ Experience in a global organization.
+ Experience in leading large-scale PM teams for complex programs.
+ Program management certification (e.g., PMP)
+ Ability to adapt to changing program requirements
+ Ability to motivate and inspire team members
+ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

COLORADO AND MINNESOTA PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position is **$190,000- $238,000.** Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
