Qualifications:
+ College Seniors graduating between December 202 6 to June 202 7 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Insurance, or Actuarial science, but open to all majors.
+ Please Note: For this role you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Reinsurance Broker Intern Opportunity
You will help deliver innovative, effective solutions to clients as part of an industry-leading Reinsurance business development group.
Aon’s Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for rising college seniors to learn, contribute, and gain real world work experience in a collaborative environment. Interns have the chance to learn more about Aon’s culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and postgraduate opportunities. The program equips interns with an understanding of working in an environment dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering products and services distinct to unique client needs.
Your Impact As A Broker Intern
Interns within Aon Reinsurance Solutions will gain valuable experience supporting both client and internal projects. Interns will work with a cross-functional team from across the Minneapolis office to gain visibility and experience across a broad segment of clients.

The salary for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $24.50 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee’s expense, critical illness insurance, 10 company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions. Eligibility for benefits are governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
