We are looking for a full time **Client Service Associate (Teller) Lead** to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our **Denver Speer branch** . If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!

Essential Functions:

+ Leads the daily activities of client service associates.

+ Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.

+ Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.

+ Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.

+ Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.

+ May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.

+ Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.

+ May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.

+ Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

+ Working knowledge of math.

+ Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

+ Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $24.00 - $26.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
