Why Join Our Team?
+ Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time NA (nursing assistant) to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 6 (Voluntary Psych/Dual diagnosis for psych) with 28 beds.
+ We understand the unique recovery challenges of people with co-occurring disorders and treat both conditions at the same time. That’s why people with both a mental health and substance use disorder receive specialized care at Princeton House. Outcomes show that this approach reduces the risk of relapse and improves the chances of long-term recovery.
+ **Location:** Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Assist nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process.
+ Demonstrates regard for the dignity and respect of all patients, their families, guests and representatives of other organizations as well as fellow employees, volunteers and medical staff in support of the PMPH mission to provide consistent quality health care services in a professional, caring and responsive environment.
+ Will demonstrate responsibility for individual performance and efficient utilization of products, supplies, and equipment. Will utilize time to ensure the timely completion of duties and to promote financial viability through provision of services a reasonable cost.
Scheduling Requirements:
+ Required to work five, 3pm-11:30pm shifts per week, including every other weekend and a few holidays each year.

What We Require for this Role:
Education
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (required).
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Salary Range:
$18.73 - $29.31/Hourly
