    •​​Do you like being the voice of talent, attracting future talent, being immersed in the culture of the organization? As Truist’s Talent Brand Manager you will lead and deploy Truist’s Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) to potential candidates along their candidate journey positioning Truist as the employer of choice. You will collaborate closely with the (enterprise level) Brand, Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Legal and Technology teams and stakeholders on the Talent led employer brand development, strategies, tactics, and opportunities to best capture candidates’ attention and encourage them to consider, apply, and select Truist as their next career destination.​​

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

     

    1. Create and implement a comprehensive Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy to position the company as an employer of choice. Align branding efforts with overall business goals and company culture.

    2. Define and evolve the Teammate Value Proposition (TVP) strategy. Articulate and continuously refine our Teammate Value Proposition to clearly communicate why top candidates and employees love working here. Ensure the TVP is woven into all employer branding and recruiting initiatives.

    3. Enhance and manage the candidate journey. Optimize the candidate experience at every touchpoint – from first awareness through onboarding. Design processes, communications, and content that make applying and interviewing clear, engaging, and reflective of our purpose, mission and values.

    4. Lead employee advocacy initiatives. Develop programs and campaigns that turn teammates into brand ambassadors. Encourage and empower current teammates to share their positive experiences through social media, referral programs, events, and internal storytelling.

    5. Manage employer presence on talent platforms. Own our profiles on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and other recruitment platforms. Lead content strategy (e.g. posts, articles, videos) that highlights our workplace culture, and respond to reviews and inquiries. Regularly analyze platform metrics and feedback to improve our reputation.

    6. Nurture talent pipelines and communities. Build and maintain robust talent pools for current and future hiring needs. This includes establishing relationships with diverse networks and engaging candidates with resources, company updates, job fairs, and community events that reflects Truist’s purpose, mission and values.

    7. Strategize engaging content campaigns. Ideate and produce content (such as blog posts, employee videos, newsletters, and social media stories) that showcase our people, values, and culture. Work with designers, videographers, and writers as needed to ensure high-quality materials.

    8. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless brand experience. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Talent Advisory board to understand hiring priorities and tailor branding efforts to specific roles or departments.

    9. Measure and report on TVP impact. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for employer branding (for example: candidate Net Promoter Score, Glassdoor ratings, application rates, social engagement). Collect and analyze data on branding campaigns and candidate feedback, and present insights to senior leadership. Use this information to iterate and improve strategy.

    10. Lead our employer awards and recognition strategy by working with internal stakeholders to celebrate what makes Truist special – driving submissions for honors like Best Place to Work and culture – focused awards, while amplifying teammate impact through authentic storytelling and thoughtful promotion of our values.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    1. 5-10 years of demonstrated enterprise level employer branding or transferable recruiting/talent experience.

    2. Ability to lead, manage, and complete multiple projects in a fast-paced and nimble environment across the Talent landscape.

    3. Ability to implement a strategic approach with the ability to work cross-functionally, exerting influence without direct authority.

    4. Knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including organic search, paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, direct response/lead generation, email marketing efforts.

    5. Experience with CMS, CRM, online reputation, email marketing, website analytics, and paid advertising platforms

    6. Strong analytical and reporting skills

    7. A self-starter who thrives in a team environment that’s fast paced and dynamic.

    2. Ability to influence partners and team members as needed to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with not only our vision and values, but also our voice and tone.

    **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
