    What We're Looking For

     

    Novant Health is seeking a PRN Psychiatrist to cover shifts at Forsyth Medical Center and Thomasville Medical Center

    Opportunity Highlights:

    + Day Shift

    + Inpatient Psychiatrist will be caring for assigned patients on our 51-bed adult unit

    + Option to pick up shifts at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC and Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville, NC

    Candidate Qualifications:

    + Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry

    + Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required

    + Current MD license in appropriate state

    + Current DEA license required

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    + Patient population: 18+ for acute care

    + Complete daily rounding and timely documentation on assigned patients

    + Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary treatment team that includes providers, nursing, therapy and support staff
