    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    + Schedules and performs EKG’s, cardiac and Holter monitors, patient hook-ups and report generation.

    + Communicate with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions, and inform physician/provider of significant patient complaints and/or arrhythmia.

    + Prepare and monitor report results for interpretation by physician/provider.

    + Tracks information on patient charts as needed. Documents in progress notes for patient communication.

    + Escalate issues to manager or physician/provider.

    + Assures correct charges and diagnosis are marked appropriately for billing.

    + Performs other duties as may be assigned by management or physician/provider.

    Job Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire

    + 1 year previous cardiology experience required

    + Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, conductive system, and ability to interpret cardiac arrhythmias

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends & NO holidays!

    Pay Range

    $16.42 - $23.19 /hour
