    **Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has exciting opportunities for **Associate** (Level 2) and/or a **Mid-Level** (Level 3) **Procurement Agents** to join our **United States Air Force** (USAF) **E7 Airborne Early Warning and Control** (AEW&C) **Program** .

    Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:

    + Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

    + Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

    + Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:

    + Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.

    + Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.

    + Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.

    + Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.

    + Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

    + Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

     

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

    + Experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

    + Experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

    + Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

    + Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

    + Experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold

    + Experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

    + Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

    + Experience working across multiple programs and locations

    + Experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

    + More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Relocation:

    **Travel:** Up to 10% travel may be possible.

    Summary pay range:

    Level 2: $73,950 - $79,800

     

    Level 3: $93,500 - $98,700
