Our client, an educational institution dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming environment, is seeking a Campus Monitor/Security to join their team. As a Campus Monitor/Security, you will be part of the campus safety team supporting the overall security and well-being of students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate vigilance, reliability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Campus Monitor/Security

**Location:** Yorktown Heights, NY

**Pay Range:** 18.50/hr.

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available, including early mornings and afternoons, from as early as 6:30 am to as late as 7:30 pm

What's the Job?

+ Sign in anyone coming to school buildings to ensure security protocols are followed

+ Check IDs of visitors and staff to maintain a secure environment

+ Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety and order

+ Oversee bus arrivals and departures to ensure smooth operations

+ Assist with screenings and security procedures as needed

What's Needed?

+ At least 2 years of previous law enforcement or security experience

+ Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings and afternoons

+ Strong observational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Willingness to perform screenings and enforce safety protocols
