As a **Security Officer – Manufacturing Patrol Specialist** in **West Mifflin, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will support a welcoming atmosphere while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.

+ Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding incidents or issues as they arise.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
