    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing commercial construction projects, including pre-fabricated metal buildings and commercial interior renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects and be well-versed in construction management.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage multiple construction projects concurrently.

    + Familiarize with site work construction and utilities.

    + Create and manage project budgets and schedules.

    + Select and manage subcontractors efficiently.

    + Obtain necessary project permits and oversee inspections.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven project management experience in construction.

    + Experience with construction management and change orders.

    + Proficiency in commercial construction and estimation.

    + Expertise in budget creation and management.

    + Familiarity with pre-fabricated metal buildings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong experience with project management software.

    + Experience in pre-fabricated building construction.

    Work Environment

    This role will be based in a small office environment with easy commute outside the city. The position requires occasional site visits for progress meetings. There are significant growth opportunities, with exposure to all aspects of project management responsibilities.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fallston, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
