What You’ll Do

+ Support the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks that keep our regions running smoothly.

+ Assist with process improvement initiatives, driving workflow efficiency through verification and data analysis.

+ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and operational processes.

+ Review and process documentation accurately to ensure compliance and quality.

+ Complete insurance verification to confirm eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles.

+ Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude to learn new systems.

+ Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan guidelines preferred.

+ Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment—someone proactive, patient, and accountable.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Jefferson City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
