Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager / Delivery Lead – Operational AI to drive the development, implementation, and adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions across our organization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product innovation, and delivery excellence, ensuring that every AI initiative is not only visionary but operationally sound and production-ready.
As the bridge between business sponsors, engineers, solution architects, and data science teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable AI products that deliver measurable value. You’ll own the product roadmap, lead agile execution, and ensure each release drives efficiency, automation, and intelligent decision-making across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
+ Lead the product roadmap for AI/ML and automation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
+ Identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies and value-driven outcomes.
+ Develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics for new AI capabilities.
+ Champion innovation by bridging the gap between technical potential and business impact.
Delivery Leadership & Execution
+ Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature sequencing for assigned product teams (PODs).
+ Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely, high-quality delivery.
+ Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across engineering, architecture, operations, and business functions.
+ Manage risks, dependencies, and technical debt to maintain delivery velocity and solution stability.
AI Product Development & Operationalization
+ Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and architects to design, build, and scale intelligent solutions.
+ Define product requirements and user stories grounded in customer and business needs.
+ Ensure release readiness with runbooks, testing, training materials, and observability frameworks.
+ Monitor product adoption, performance KPIs, and business value realization to inform continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
+ Act as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment.
+ Communicate strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and key partners.
+ Drive change management planning and adoption strategies to maximize business impact of AI products.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in product management or delivery leadership.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise releases.
