Job Overview
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

What you will do:
+ Lead the design, development, and implementation of efficient reporting solutions, dashboards, and tracking systems to support strategic business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.
+ Extract, merge, cleanse, and transform large datasets using advanced reporting tools; apply deep knowledge of data sources, structures, and statistical principles to interpret and present insights.
+ Provide expert counsel and strategic direction to internal stakeholders on the accurate and efficient calculation of key metrics, optimal use of reporting systems, and data interpretation to meet operational needs.
+ Serve as a mentor and coach to team members; provide leadership on cross-functional projects impacting multiple business areas, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in key business functions and systems, with a comprehensive understanding of both operational processes and strategic implications.
+ Collaborate with external vendors to extract, archive, and manage data from third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
+ Act as a liaison between the department and external service providers, representing departmental interests and ensuring alignment with firm-wide standards.
+ Maintain and continuously improve documentation of technical reporting processes and procedures to ensure relevance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
+ Support departmental initiatives by developing test scripts, conducting system testing, and implementing new processes or technologies to enhance service delivery to branch teams and clients.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve VBA-related errors by analyzing data sources and ensuring data integrity.
+ Provide support for customer service and invoicing functions as needed, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Skills/Requirements
What you will need:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in business reporting, programming, or implementing business applications.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, VBA, and relational database query tools.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking and creativity to build impactful reports and dashboards.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity to define clear requirements and drive actionable outcomes.
+ Deep understanding of data extraction methods and the strategic application of data to influence business decisions.
+ Advanced knowledge of internal and external systems and processes across multiple departmental functions.
+ Strong commitment to data governance and protection of sensitive and confidential information.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts, identify data patterns, and provide guidance on mail and shipping processes.
