Summary
Responsible for maintaining the ARCH Minneapolis office, which includes the front desk reception and hospitality function. Provides support to management, HR, Quality, and Production.
$1000 sign-on bonus!
Pay Range: $23-25, depending upon experience.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Receives and directs incoming calls and visitors at the front desk, ensuring compliance with ITAR procedures. Maintain front office, hospitality counter and conference room appearance and cleanliness. Ensure office equipment functions properly.
+ Manage the following suppliers and programs:
+ Maintaining, ordering and receiving office supply inventory, including conference room refreshments, shop floor coffee, and paper products for the employee break rooms.
+ Manage the printer/copier maintenance program, ensuring printers are properly maintained and supplied
+ Manage the vending machine services program, working with the vendor to resolve service problems
+ Managing the USA Security on-line badge program, including card activation/deactivation
+ Maintain catering vendor relationships including screening for service quality, placing orders and approving invoices for payment
+ Provide administrative, hospitality and special event support to HR such as ideation and implementation of employee engagement events, creating and posting employee announcements and events.
+ Copying, filing, scanning, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
+ Provide administrative support to management staff, setting up refreshment centers when required, copying, filing, scanning, making travel arrangements, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
+ Provide administrative support to Production and Quality by scanning and archiving production certifications, production details, and creating job folders for the shop floor.
+ Provide support to HR in recruiting by pre-screening candidates and scheduling onsite interviews.
Qualifications
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ 2 years' experience in office administration
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent legal resident, due to contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with ERP systems, Epicor a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, continuous mental and visual attention is needed. The ability to walk, stand, sit, talk and hear is frequently required. The ability to operate a computer is required. Lifting up to 20 pounds is occasionally required. Work is typically performed in an office environment, where ambient temperatures, lighting and typical office equipment are found. Regular exposure to manufacturing areas where temperature may vary and personal protective equipment is required.
