    What We Offer

     

    Join our IT Enterprise Data Management team as a Data Integration Analyst Lead (Integration and Interfaces Lead), where you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting system-to-system interfaces. This includes integrating internal applications and establishing secure, reliable connections with external partners and customers.

     

    Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday - Friday

     

    Department: IT Enterprise Data Management

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and guide developers responsible for HL7 and system interface development, enhancements, and support.

    + Analyze, design, and implement integration solutions across internal and external systems.

    + Apply strong application analyst skills to support integration projects and environments.

    + Follow established processes and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

    + Develop tactical and project plans for departmental, enterprise, and external application integration.

    + Execute assigned tasks within defined timeframes and provide timely status updates.

    + Gain and maintain competency in supporting integration deliverables and environments.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise integration tools and technologies.

    + Uphold security principles including least privilege and least functionality.

    + Identify and respond to potential information security incidents in accordance with defined procedures.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven experience in systems integration and application analysis, including hands-on exxperience in HL7, integration engines, and EPIC Bridges.

    + Strong understanding of enterprise integration tools and best practices.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Commitment to secure information system management throughout the lifecycle.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 year/ Bachelors Degree, preferred. Business or another related field required. Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.

    + Experience: Minimum six years in IT or related business, preferable healthcare environment in a management, analytical or technical role with responsibilities including implementation, technical troubleshooting, customer support and problem solving, required.

    + Licensure / Certification / Registration: EPIC Bridges Certification, required.

    + Additional Skills/Requirements (required):

    + Must pass all EPIC certifications with a passing grade within three tries for each test or project from each class.

    + Expert knowledge in: Integration Engine (Intersystems)

    + HL7 standards and expert understanding in integration methodology and architecture

    + Experience with or exposure to FHIR-based interoperability is a plus

    + File transfer standards (FTP, SFTP)

    + Web Services

    + Product application support

    + AIX/Unix/Linux

    + EPIC Bridges

    + TCL/TK,

    + Java

    + Regular expressions.

    + Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to see tasks to completion.
