What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead highway construction projects from planning through completion

+ Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success

+ Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards with proactive adjustments

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements

+ Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout project execution

**Work Environment** This role involves both office-based planning and on-site project oversight. Travel to construction sites will be required, with exposure to outdoor working conditions and active highway environments.
