    ### Job Duties

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The essence of this role is to handle raw resin, move material and assist Rotomold production.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Follows safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment wearing PPE as needed.

     

    Operates the fork truck in a manner to promote safety and safe handling of the product.

     

    Precisely measure and mix raw materials according to controlled work instructions.

     

    Emphasis on preventing contamination by thoroughly cleaning mixer and dumper between color changes.

     

    Provides support for the department and ensures material availability.

     

    Maintain an organized and clean work area

     

    Cut up scrap and move to scrap trailer in DC

     

    Safely operate power equipment (box dumper, hoist, mixer)

     

    Trained and adheres to LOTO procedures.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High school diploma/GED preferred

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Ability to lift up to 50lbs

     

    Good communications skills to understand in order to relay the expectations and needs of our customers

     

    Strong mechanical background with a good understanding of machine tool practices

     

    Previous experience with forklift

    The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
