Part Time Recruiting/HR Coordinator:

Casa de Amparo is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping a positive hiring experience by managing external & internal applications, coordinating interviews, and partnering with internal managers to meet organizational staffing needs.
Overview
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will drive full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and deliver a standout candidate experience. The position is a part-time role which also provides HR Generalist/Administrative support as needed to the organization.
Responsibilities
Internal Applications:
+ Monitor and manage incoming internal job applications submitted via the company website or internal job portal.
+ Ensure all internal applicants receive timely communication and status updates throughout the recruitment process.
+ Conduct candidate screening interviews, remotely or in person, evaluating and pushing qualified individuals to the next phase of the process.
+ Ensure internal application policies and guidelines are followed consistently.
External Applicant & Job Posting Management:
+ Manage external candidate applications submitted through the company website and job boards.
+ Post job openings to external job boards and professional networks in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
+ Track performance of job ads and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.
Hiring and Onboarding Support
+ Partner with hiring managers & HR to, align on strategy, and ensure a seamless process.
+ Facilitate First Day onboarding for new employees & coordinating with IT
+ Serve as the main point of contact for coordination with new employees
+ Work with HR and Training Managers to facilitate complete and successful Onboarding experience
General HR Support:
+ Provide support to HR Manager with general HR duties as needed, including
+ Facilitating Background Checks
+ Compliance
+ Audits
+ Documentation
+ Training
+ Benefits
+ Policies
Qualifications
Requirements
+ Must be able to be associated with Casa de Amparo through Community Care Licensing (CCL), which typically includes clearance by FBI, DOJ and CACI.
+ Legally authorized to work in the US.
+ Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs., crouching, sitting for extended periods, and climbing stairs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must meet applicable health and safety requirements, including CPR/First Aid certification (if required for the role), TB clearance, drug screening (as applicable), and proof of required
Qualifications and Skills
+ 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or staffing agency liaison role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
+ A track record of sourcing and closing exceptional candidates across diverse roles
+ Strong familiarity with recruiting tools and systems - experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed strongly preferred
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience and focus
+ A collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented approach to talent acquisition
+ Familiarity with labor laws and workforce management best practices
+ Proficiency in Paycom or other HRIS is highly desirable
