• Construction Administrator

    Actalent (Jefferson, WI)


    The Project Administrator will provide on-site administrative support during the final phases of construction, with a focus on paperwork, documentation, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a construction site environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Support daily administrative operations in the job site trailer

     

    -Assist with documentation, reporting, and project close-out paperwork

     

    -Navigate the construction site as needed (PPE required: hard hat, steel-toe boots)

     

    -Communicate effectively with a diverse team of professionals

     

    -Coordinate with on-site project managers, engineers, superintendents.

    -Maintain schedules, track deliverables, and support project execution

    This is a 100% on-site position and will be working Monday-Friday, 8-4pm. The Project Administrator will be working out of a job trailer on a large industrial construction project.

    Strong communication skills – ability to work with varying personalities and skill levels

     

    Work ethic & initiative – self-starter who takes ownership of tasks

     

    Computer proficiency – familiarity with multiple systems and tools

     

    Construction site experience – comfortable in a trailer office and walking the site

     

    Administrative experience – especially with paperwork-heavy phases of projects

    This is a Contract position based out of Jefferson, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
