Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager
Job Description
Inside Sales is responsible for selling the organization's products and services within an assigned customer base, as designated by management. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and focuses on developing and increasing sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
+ Responsible for inside sales, including closing sales and quote generation.
+ Generate new business and prospect potential clients.
+ Consult on technical support and act as a technical resource to clients.
+ Utilize SAP for quoting, customer notes, customer profile information, and price lists.
+ Collaborate with Marketing to maintain CRM with real-time call reports and follow-up activities.
+ Work alongside Regional Sales to prospect a defined territory and provide consistent contact with existing customers.
+ Qualify new opportunities to grow market share.
+ Develop client product knowledge and technical industry knowledge to support customer needs and business growth.
+ Assist with negotiations and closing sales.
+ Participate in education and training programs.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Environmental Services to support customer needs and develop a professional team-first approach.

+ Proficient in multi-tasking, account management, prospecting, and logistics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Background in sales or business development.
+ Technical experience in a related field (engineering, environmental).
+ Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
+ Proficient computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office.
+ Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
+ Preferred industry experience in Cement, Metals, Lime, Gypsum, Aggregate, Sand, Chemical Processing, Pigments, Mining, Power Utility.
+ Preferred product experience with Filter Bags, Installation and Mechanical Services, Cages, Cartridges, and Pleated Elements.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position located on-site in Hebron, KY, transitioning to a new facility in Greendale, Indiana in December 2026. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Travel is minimal and primarily for educational and career development purposes. The position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a growing, family-owned company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
