• Health & Wellness ManagerAre you a wellness or nursing professional who enjoys helping young adults thrive—and wants a role with a healthy work-life balance? Our Wellness Services Center is looking for a warm, organized leader to guide our team and support the health needs of our students.This is a meaningful, people-centered position with a predictable weekday schedule (no weekends, evenings, or holidays!) so you can enjoy your personal time while still making an impact.
• What You’ll Do• Lead and support the Wellness Services team, including medical, mental health, and subcontracted providers.• Ensure students receive high-quality preventative, routine, and emergency health services.• Evaluate student health concerns and coordinate appropriate referrals.• Oversee chronic condition management, medication administration, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.• Maintain staffing coverage, manage the department budget, and keep equipment and supplies ready and available.• Build partnerships with local hospitals and community resources.• Submit required reports and ensure compliance with Corporate/DOL guidelines.• Participate in center wellness initiatives like the HEALs Committee.• Foster a positive, supportive work environment where staff feel motivated, appreciated, and accountable.
Qualifications
• Position Requirements• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license• Management or leadership experience preferred• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student-centered care• Ability to lead a team, manage operations, and maintain compliance standards
