    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist – Outpatient Treating Center Manager

    **Location:** NovaCare, Whitemarsh (Nottingham), Maryland

    **Specialties:** Orthopedics, Neurology, Vestibular, Concussion, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Oncology (ReVital), and Dry Needling

    **Schedule:** Full-Time (40 hours per week)

    **Compensation:** Starting at $85,000

    **Incentives:** Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite loan assistance

Our NovaCare Nottingham team is currently seeking a licensed physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience who is prepared to take on a leadership role.     This opportunity involves leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists while providing high-quality rehabilitative and preventative care.     Responsibilities

    + Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

    + Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

    + Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios

    + Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

    + Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

    + Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

    Qualifications

    + Must be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy

    + Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

    + CPR Certification
