    The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Facilities team.

    Responsibilities

    Assists Facilities Services managers and director by providing estimates, specifications, and designs for projects as they pertain to electrical systems.Ensures that the department adheres to various occupational safety and health requirements.Acts as a resource to accomplish related tasks.Assist manager in providing coaching and one-to-one feedback prior to any discipline. Provide background information to manager for any discipline needed.Assists in maintaining equipment and supplies.Assists Manager in appraisals of probation, annual and on-going performance appraisals for employees based on job descriptions and performance standards.

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The compensation range for this position is $35.22per hour - $60.58per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
