    About the Role:

    We are looking for a compassionate and fast-learning Bilingual Spanish Hotline Agent to join our team. In this role, you will support community members calling in for help, information, and resources. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer a high volume of inbound calls in both English and Spanish with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

    + Listen to caller needs and provide accurate information, referrals, or next steps.

    + Navigate and update a CRM system to document all interactions accurately.

    + Learn new processes, programs, and systems quickly.

    + Follow established scripts, policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

    + Work collaboratively with the team to ensure callers receive timely, appropriate support.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.

    + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).

    + Comfortable handling high call volume.

    + Ability to navigate and update a CRM system with strong attention to detail.

    + Fast learner who can adapt to changing processes and program updates.

    + Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality support.
