    Description

    Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.

     

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

     

    Prepare and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

     

    Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities.

     

    Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets.

     

    Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing and payments.

     

    Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

     

    Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.

    Requirements

    Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

     

    Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

     

    Experience with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping.

     

    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

     

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

     

    Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and team members.

     

    Commitment to upholding company policies and maintaining compliance.
