    Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities:

    + Analyze supply chain data and identify issues that could affect product delivery or performance.

    + Focus on order planning, inventory control, and delivery.

    + Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Collaborate with other departments to determine future needs, close operational gaps and plan supply chain accordingly.

    + Manage inventory control systems, track and forecast inventory needs.

    + Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.

    + Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators on supply chain performance.

    + Analyze and interpret data, then develop strategies based on findings.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + 0-2 years of reporting experience, preferably in an aerospace and/or manufacturing environment

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiar with supply chain processes, data analysis, and has a strong ability to problem-solve

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required. Industry experience a plus

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Basic familiarity with SAP is advantageous

    + Hire level determined by related experience
