Description

Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely delivery within the office.

• Manage print operations, including operating printers, copiers, and other equipment to support daily business needs.

• Handle packages and deliveries by logging, distributing, and ensuring proper documentation.

• Provide assistance with physical tasks, including lifting packages or materials up to 25 lbs as needed.

• Facilitate the coordination of workplace services such as mail handling, office supplies, and onboarding support.

• Address employee, guest, and coworker inquiries or complaints with professionalism and provide effective solutions.

• Organize and oversee on-site events, including securing space, setting up, tearing down, and delivering necessary supplies.

• Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to property-specific security protocols.

• Communicate detailed information within the team and follow specific directions from the manager.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for office operations.

Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent, with up to two years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills to exchange information effectively and professionally.

• Ability to follow established procedures and work routines with attention to detail.

• Physical capability to lift packages or materials weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Customer service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries and complaints.
