As the Warehouse Worker, you will operate an order picker to retrieve items from designated storage locations.

Job Description

We are seeking a **Warehouse Worker** to operate an order picker to retrieve items from designated storage locations. This role is **on-site** in Greensboro, NC and will be a 6 month **full-time** , contract with extensions. This is second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm EST to 11 pm EST. Training will occur on first shift (9 am- 5 pm EST) for the first few weeks.

What You'll Do

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

+ Operate order picker to retrieve items from designated storage locations

+ Verify product codes and quantities against orders in RF Gun

+ Stage picked orders for packing or shipping

What You'll Need

Required:

+ HS diploma or GED required

+ Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Basic computer skills

+ Goodcommunication skills

+ Available to work overtime to support production goals as needed

+ Must be proficient and able to understand written instructions in English language

Physical Demands

+ Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands for fine motor tasks such as handling or feeling objects, reach with arms and hands, and communicate effectively through speech and hearing

+ The role also requires the ability to handle small components under a microscope for prolonged durations

+ Regular physical demands include lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds

+ Safety shoes are required

$18.70 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
