Aston Carter is seeking an Asset Sales Operations Specialist to join one of its leading clients in the equipment leasing industry. This role is critical in supporting daily administrative tasks for Lessee and Inventory Asset Sales Specialists, acting as a backup when needed, and managing projects within the Asset Management Group.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create and issue manual invoices for Asset Sales, Vermeer Repurchase, and miscellaneous transactions.
+ Prepare Bills of Sale for terminated contracts or sold inventory assets.
+ Monitor asset return status and update Oracle systems.
+ Issue Pickup Release documents upon payment confirmation.
+ Generate lease extension documents and handle cancellation notices.
+ Process subordination requests and payment confirmations.
+ Provide backup support for Lessee Asset Sales Specialists.
+ Apply cash receipts accurately and reconcile unapplied cash.
+ Process early buyout requests and provide detailed quotes.
+ Input and manage credit memos.
+ Manage multiple team email boxes and distribute requests promptly.
+ Research and resolve account discrepancies, delinquency issues, and equipment returns.
+ Handle incoming mail and overflow calls, providing excellent customer service.
+ Generate and track missing/damaged invoices and update inventory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of experience in equipment leasing or a related financial environment.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively.
+ Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
+ Experience with Oracle and automated system updates (bots) is a plus.
+ Experience working in financial institutions preferred.
+ Helpful experience: contracts, vendor quotes, cash applications, account delinquency, equipment returns.

This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
