Job Title: Logistics Planner IIJob Description
The Logistics Planner II supports project management activities for warehouse expansions, new construction, and relocations across North America. This role involves conducting cost and space analyses, coordinating project teams, leading meetings, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and safety standards. Periodic travel is required.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct cost studies and space analysis for warehouse forecasting.
+ Develop and use analysis tools; work with external consultants as needed.
+ Create and coordinate project teams; prepare project scope, budgets, and approvals.
+ Lead project management meetings and provide status updates to management.
+ Support budget recommendations and funding approval processes.
+ Review and develop process control, lease, and RFQ documents.
+ Present logistics materials and review legal/construction documents.
+ Apply best practices to optimize project delivery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management/logistics and construction project leadership
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
+ Relevant certifications in logistics or construction engineering are a plus
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Smartsheets, CAD, and warehouse management systems
+ Ability to travel

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowling Green, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
