    Are you a high school or college student passionate about helping others? Join Homeward Bound as a Student DSP and gain hands-on experience while making a real impact in the lives of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

    What You'll Do:

    + Support individuals in group homes and the community

    + Assist with daily living skills: hygiene, meals, mobility, and more

    + Help implement personalized care and life enrichment plans

    + Build relationships and encourage personal choice and independence

    + Accompany individuals on fun outings and community activities

    Requirements

    + Must be at least 16-24 years old and enrolled in high school or college

    + Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn

    + Able to lift 60 lbs and meet physical job demands

    + CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

    + Driver’s license required after age 18
