Your role will be to lead our customs brokerage operations, ensure regulatory excellence, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Establish and grow relationships with companies
+ Prepare and execute department business plans and goals.
+ Conduct regular staff appraisals and one-on-one meetings in line with our company guidelines.
+ Support team members in setting clear goals and tracking development progress.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to support commercial activities.
+ Support internal audit processes and act as a key liaison with customs authorities.
+ Manage and optimize customs systems and reporting tools.
+ Provide strategic insights for customer reviews
+ Champion the implementation of new system changes and process enhancements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience.
+ U.S. Customs Brokerage License (required or in progress).
+ Strong knowledge of customs legislation, classification, valuation, and origin.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Passionate about developing people
+ Experiencing in marketing/sales to outside organizations
+ Pro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skills
+ Fluent in English
Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Monthly Performance Bonus
