    Job Description

    Are you ready to break into the booming tech industry? Our client is building out massive Meta data centers and needs entry-level cable technicians to join their team. No prior fiber experience? No problem! We’ll train you to work on one of the largest data center projects in the country.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull and install Cat5, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling

    + Perform structured cabling tasks including punchdowns and terminations

    + Install cable trays, pathways, and server racks

    + Work alongside experienced techs and learn the trade

    Requirements

    Willingness to relocate (Altoona, IA → Lebanon, IN)

     

    Basic telecom or construction experience

     

    Comfortable with hand tools and following blueprints

     

    Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    Fiber optic cable installation

     

    Military communications background

     

    Data center experience

     

    Schedule

     

    Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM (may extend to 10–12 hour days, 6 days/week if needed)

     

    Pay Details

     

    Level 1: $20–$23/hr

    Experienced (2+ years fiber/data center): $24–$27/hr

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
