About the Role

Teksystems is seeking Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves assisting borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance servicing inquiries, including payment and coverage questions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day related to insurance servicing.

+ Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately.

+ Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

+ Maintain adherence to quality and performance standards.

Requirements

+ 1+ year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred).

+ Typing speed of 35 WPM and basic computer literacy (testing required).

+ Reliable internet connection and transportation.

+ Insurance or mortgage experience is an advantage

Training & Schedule

+ First 30 days: On-site training (9:30 AM–6 PM or 10:30 AM–7 PM).

+ After training: Hybrid schedule based on performance metrics.

+ No time off during first 6 weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
